Timing is critical in law.

What is an affidavit?

Legal Zoom - An affidavit is a written statement where the signer legally declares the content is true.

"Simply put, an affidavit is a sworn statement of fact that can be used in a variety of legal proceedings, from bankruptcy cases to family and civil litigation matters such as divorce proceedings. It's one of the most common legal documents used as evidence when live sworn testimony isn’t possible.

It’s important to understand what affidavits are and how they are used so you can avoid missteps, ensure your written testimony holds up in court, and strengthen your legal position."

Satisfying the conditions:

- Avoid 5G and Smart Meters on your house. An electromagnetic spectrum or wireless radiation is dangerous and toxic. 5G is the weapon capacity used by the military to control crowds. 4G is microwave. Avoid putting cell phones in a bra or back pocket due to physical and health problems.

5G is being put on apartment buildings.

Before allowing 5G and Smart Meters get a Notice of Liability to prove they are safe. That way there is no hiding behind a title or position of corporate lawyers, or merchant law, if they do not respond to the Notice of Liability - they get penalized. Who do you file against? ex. CEO or Pres. of electric company and utility commissioners. The process takes time. Consider Inpowermovement.org

- This is for your education and knowledge of hospital protocol.

You have a right to all of the medical care you desire without consenting to other procedures and products you do not consent to.

Everyone has a right to medical care in the ER.

Ask, "Is this test approved by the FDA?"  And I want to see the biological licensing approval, by BLA. Take notes and pictures of documents, or medications if needed.

You have the right to refusal. If the doctor says, no you have to, hold your ground. Be treated with respect. Expect to go through this again upon leaving the hospital. You have the right of refusal of consent.

Every hospital has a patient's Bill of Rights and you can refer hospital personnel to these rights. Consult with the hospital manager. Discuss how your situation influences your insurance.

Or it can be as simple as: "You know this is not approved by the FDA, don't you? I have a right to medical procedures without consenting to procedures and products I do not want. Also, can you read the patient's Bill of Rights to me? Thank you." You get the idea, and be firm but kind. Have someone stay at the hospital with you to advocate for you.

Medication Errors

ask - What is this medication for? Why? Is it necessary?

Is that the right dose for me? Does it affect kidney function? Liver function? etc.

How often should I take this med?

Advocate for yourself and have an advocate in a doctor's office or hospital. You know best how a medication is making you feel.

How to win in court founders.jpg

This Law Course has been around since 1997.

You learn, interestingly, that every case starts with the same steps, ends with the same steps and is even won with the same steps.

We learned all the steps by taking this course. Probably the most beneficial part is how it helps you think in terms of prevention.

There are things you learn which help you either avoid or document details so IF something happens and you get dragged into court you are very prepared and you know how to keep everyone involved on the track of true justice. It takes the anxiety away when you know what is going on.

Everyone should know about a course that you can signup for called "How to Win in Court".  This is a fabulous course. If nothing else to know what an attorney should be doing or not doing to assure that true justice is done in court.

The course is designed to be thorough enough to help any individual who is not a lawyer be able to represent themselves in court and achieve justice.

In his introduction, he states what people will learn:

Successfully win legal battles... without a lawyer

Control lawyers by enforcing the Rules when they try to cheat.

Compel people to produce evidence they'd rather hide.

Require people to answer questions under oath or go to jail.

Enforce your God-given rights.

Convince judges to sign the Orders you need to win.

Get Just compensation.

Force people to do things they don't want to do (to get justice)

See emotions as the biggest enemy of legal success

Know that court rules favor the good guys.

Don't be afraid of judges.

Don't trust lawyers ever! (not even your own, if you have one)

No other course like this exists anywhere!
